Experiencing panic attacks or unexplained extreme fear of certain things? Inundated with "what if" thoughts? Having a hard time starting something new, ending something old, following a dream, living out your life purpose? Googled "how to stop worrying" lately? I can show you how to bring down overwhelming anxiety down to healthy nervousness levels that is imperative for human survival.

There are proven treatments that work for a variety of Anxiety Disorders. We use evidence-based treatment modalities rooted in Cognitive Behavioural Therapies infused with spiritual and supportive counselling.

Obsessive Compulsive Disorder

Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, COD, is one of the most misdiagnosed and overlooked conditions. It is more common than the statistic of the past leads on. Can't stop counting? Avoiding certain numbers? Colours? Inundated with unwanted and disturbing thoughts and images that are impossible to shake? Feel the need to perform a ritual or repeat an action only to gain comfort for a short period of time? If this is getting to the point where it interferes with carrying out daily activities, or preventing you from completing a task it's time to get help. OCD is manageable.

I use th latest techniques from CBT and ERP therapies to beat the unwanted and unwelcome thoughts and behaviours.

Borderline Personality Disorder

Majority of people with, Borderline Personality Disorder, or BPD, don't have severe symptoms, however continuously struggle with moods and relationship. At its most extreme you may be suffering from very unstable moods, self-destructive behaviours and experiencing volatility in most relationships. Are you constantly going back to wanting to break up? Fighting with parents, friends, teachers, managers? Keep wanting to yell? Experience intense emotions of jealousy, guilt, fear or disgust? Feeling sensitive and inundated with negative self-talk and self-regard? Having a hard time observing personal boundaries and boundaries of others?

I use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy to help cope with overwhelming emotions.
